ABOUT ME

My name is Jeremy Benfield. I would say I'm a photographer but I gather you kind of know that by now. Truth be told, I consider myself a creator of art over someone who take photos. So I guess that makes me a snob.

I've been taking photos since my dad helped me buy my first Canon AE-1 Program when I was just 15 years old. Later, I graduated to digital while serving in Fallujah, Iraq as a U.S. Marine 0311.

Years later, I'm still taking photos and chasing some sort of photographic dream. Or really using my camera to escape reality. Who knows where I will be tomorrow so I'm living in today.
